RO water purifier treatment system working principle
Equipment Features
The filtration process of this reverse osmosis equipment model is as follows: the raw water pump provides water pressure, and the water flows through FRP/stainless steel tanks (including quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, and water softening systems) before entering the PP precision filter. It is then pressurized by a high-pressure pump and injected into the reverse osmosis system to produce pure water. The entire set of equipment is controlled by a fully automatic electronic control system and can be linked with the pure water tank to achieve fully automatic operation and production. When the water level in the tank is too low, the reverse osmosis equipment will automatically start producing water and inject it into the tank; when the tank is full, the float valve will send a signal to the control system, and the equipment will stop running immediately. Large-scale reverse osmosis (RO) equipment is mainly used in purified water production plants for filling bottled water or barreled water.
